The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Documents No. 1862, 1863, 1864, 1865 & 1866/NHNN-TTGSNH on March 25 to allow the PPF Vietnam Finance Company Ltd. to open representative offices in the provinces of Dong Nai, Da Nang, Hai Phong, Nghe An and Can Tho.
The PPF Vietnam Finance Company Ltd. is responsible for complying with Decision No. 01/2008/Q?-NHNN dated January 9, 2008 on opening and termination of branch and rep. office of non-bank credit institutions.
The Documents will cease to be effective in case that the PPF Vietnam Finance Company Ltd. does not launch grand opening of these rep. offices within 6 months following the date of signing.
